Scherzo from Op 24 for flute and string

This very exciting Scherzo by Beethoven is part of the sonata for violin and piano commonly named “Le Printemps”. This flute choir arrangement is inspired by the principal themes of the Scherzo and is offered in three versions: for 5, 6, or 7 flutes plus optional cello or double bass. It can easily stand with flutes alone, but the optional cello or double bass will give foundation to the tempo in addition to a nice jazz energy to the piece. The demo is played at 210, but this tempo may vary as desired. It makes a great encore!
