Butlers Door Bell with Pulley Set Polished Brass Unlacquered

A classic Butlers or servants/housekeepers bell with pulley set. This item offers the complete thing, ie a Bell set complete with a Pulley set which comprises: 1x Plate Pulley, 2x Screw Pulley, 1x Angle Plate, 1x Cord. The Bell, rosette, wall bracket and pulley set are made from solid brass and available in a choice of finishes: Antique Brass unlacquered: This will mellow and develop its own character Polished Brass unlacquered: This again will develop its own character or can be polished occasionally. Polished Nickel: This has a more clean modern look to it. The steel springs have a natural antique finish (rather than being painted) and therefore look the part. Supplied complete with fixing screws. It is vital that a good strong fixing is achieved into the wall and if this is not possible, we recommend a nice piece of timber is screwed to the wall first (and mounting the bell onto it).
