Rectangular Door Bell Pull & Crank On Oak Pattress Antique Satin Brass

A very unusual and grand looking rectangular bell pull and crank which is made from solid brass and finished in our unlacquered antique satin brass. This pretty bell pull was modelled on an original that we found in an antique shop. It is supplied with matching fixing screws. Available with or without a bespoke oak pattress. With the pattress, it not only enhances the appearance, it also reduces the amount of brickwork that needs to be cut out for the rear of the bell pull. Antique satin brass is a living finish that is produced by hand. It is unlacquered so it will oxidise as it is exposed to the air and it will mellow and develop a rich patina with age and use. It can be polished back to achieve a lighter brighter finish or left to age further. This natural ageing combined with the hand crafted nature of the finish means that there may be differences in colour and detail. This all adds to the beauty, character and individuality of each product.
